Remember my blog on keeping up with my goals? It has been a few months with ups and downs and the past month or so has been different. It has gotten easier to keep up with my goal on losing weight and eating healthier. It's a mind shift. The healthier I eat, the more I feel better about myself. And my skin shows it too.

I've been following some recipes out of the book 1 and 4 of Sandra Bekkari and it helps me to stay on track. One of the healthy recipes I got from here are these oatmeal muffins. I tweaked the recipe a bit. It's a really good and healthy option for breakfast, but even as a snack they are great and what's more: they stay fresh for quite some time if you keep them in a container or tin!

If you've got a sweet tooth, you should add more honey because these are not so sweet. But I love them how they are... So, if these look delicious, wait until you've tried them! They keep your tummy full until lunch. Here's the recipe so you can make them yourself:
